WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

WHAT IS THE FASTEST YOU CAN SHIP?

We're proud of our super speedy shipping! Even during the busy holiday season, we ship orders within 1-3 days. Shipping options include UPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS Day Saver. If you need immediate shipping, please just use the chat or shoot us an email.

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We work out of Nashville, TN. We do not have a retail storefront; our collections are only available online. Please get in touch if you'd like to pick up locally from our warehouse.
